Firstly, let’s chat about why habits are so important when it comes to manifesting your big girls. An article on nesslabs.com said, ““In his book The Principles of Psychology, the pioneering philosopher and psychologist William James described living creatures as “bundles of habits”, explaining that developing habits “simplifies the movements required to achieve a given result.” He found that habits make our actions more accurate and less tiring to complete.”
So simply put, the manifestation and healthy habits simplify the process of goal getting.
Enter habit tracking, which has been shown to help us solidify new habits.
And there are many other benefits of habit tracking including:
ONE: So let’s talk about how to use habit tracking to manifest your goals. The first thing I want to offer you is know what stage of change you’re in before you jump into building any new habit.
I have an entire episode on this that I did a few weeks ago, so I want go in too much detail. But knowing where you are in the process of changing your behavior will help you know what actions will help you most.
TWO:
Next, I want to use the modAmbition pillars to help you actually consistently use your habit tracker to manifest goals.
These pillars are 1. Plan 2. Prepare and 3. Execute
- Plan
- Decide when you will track
- Decide what your going to track (consider your goals and values)
- Know your why behind these habits that you’re tracking
- Prepare
- Setup your tracker beforehand so all you have to do is input the yes or no at the time you have decided to track
- This will also serve a cue to remind you to do the habit as well as track it
- Execute
- Make it easy - stack it with something you already do consistently like using your planner
- Make it fun - find ways to reward yourself
- Use the never twice rule
- Evaluate your progress nonjudgmentally
THREE:
Ok now that you know how to use habit tracking, lets talk about some ideas for what habits to track when it comes to manifesting:
- Goal tracking
- Self-care habits
- Positive thinking
- Journaling/reflection in your planner
- Spiritual practices like meditation
- Review vision board and goals, read your focus wheel
- Behaviors that support your ability to show up: sleep, energy, focus, and nutrtion
- Habits that directly bring you closer to your goals
- Breaking down large aligned actions: content tracker
